He was predeceased by: his mothers, Elva Bruce and Roberta Wilson; his wife Karla Bruce; and his siblings, Eugene Bruce, Harvey Bruce, Harold Bruce, June Daly and Roberta Jean Bruce.
He is survived by: his siblings, Giles (Dorothy Bruce), Ray Bruce of Plunketville, Ronald Bruce of Plunketville, Oklahoma, Dora (Jerry Smith) and Normie Curry of Smithville, Oklahoma. He is also survived by other relatives and good friends.
