He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Franklin and Lois Mildred Lorenson Maranell; and his brother Richard Maranell. He is survived by: his wife Jean Maranell of Mena; his children, Nicholas (Jody Maranell), Jim (Nikki Maranell) and Vicki; his son-in-law Robert Brevik of Arnolds Park, Iowa; his sister Diane; his brother-in-law Dan Brumley of Harris, Iowa; and his grandchildren, Gabriel Maranell, Jennifer Perkins, Shane Brevik, Shoni Brevik, Shilo Brevik, Jess Maranell and Brogan Stiefer. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
