It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Lehman Toye of Mena, Arkansas, born in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, who passed away on May 7, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Dewey Toye and Dovie Sissy McGee Toye (Stella Mae); and his siblings, Mildred Karnes, Charlene Diles, Nina Krantz, Cameron Toye, David Toye and Jerry Dale Toye.
He is survived by: his wife Stella Mae Davis Toye; his daughter Shelley Staggs (Danny) of Mena; his brother Russell Toye (Juanita) of DeQueen; and his grandsons, Shawn Staggs of Rogers and Joshua Staggs (Alexandra) of Fort Smith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
