With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Ann Dugan of Mena, Arkansas, who passed away on February 13, 2022 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Singleton and Celeste Whilhite Singleton; and her sister Nina Perew. She is survived by: her husband L. J. Dugan of Mena; her sons, Randall Dugan of Mena and Kendall Dugan of Pocola, Oklahoma; her brother Charles Wayne Singleton of Mena; her grandchildren, Rebecca, Seth Roberts of Nashville and Bryson Dugan of Pocola, Oklahoma; and her great grandchild Isabella Roberts of Nashville, Arkansas. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
