He was predeceased by: his parents, Curt Willhite and Mary Hill Willhite; the mother of his child Hazel Clay; and his daughters, Tammy Dunn and June Willhite.

He is survived by: his son Rodney Willhite (Linda); his grandchild Ashley Tucker; and his great grandchildren, Keagan and Riley Jennings.
