With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bennie Jo Hobson of Mena, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 27, 2025 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bennie Jo Hobson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Oliver and Gertie Oliver (Doster); her husband Gene Hobson; her brother Ronald Oliver; and her grandson Josh Bazar.
She is survived by: her children, Janice (Randall Whorton), Carol, Audie Jones of Rudy, Mike (Melissa Hobson), Mark and Tyra Hobson of Mena; and her niece Debra Oliver of Mena. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Bowser Family Funeral Home Chapel (2608 US-71, Mena, AR 71953).
