She was predeceased by: her parents, Doris Young Lindsay and Louis Daniel Lindsay; and her sister Carol Ann Lindsay. She is survived by: her husband W. D. Hay of Mena; her sisters, Pamella Pierce of Brewer, Maine and Gail Rice of Brewer, Maine; her daughters, Michelle Renae King of New Iberia and Heather Lana Gibson of Roy, Utah; and her stepdaughters, Linda Kay Godbold of Broken Arrow and Donna Jean Bergeron of Tioga, Louisiana. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
