It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Dolores Birge Billingsley of Mena, Arkansas, born in De Queen, Arkansas, who passed away on August 20, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Birge and Nellie Turner Birge; her husband Marvin Lee Billingsley; and her brother Cecil Birge. She is survived by: her children, Mitchell (Jeannie Billingsley), Kendall (Donna Billingsley), Duane (Lisa Billingsley) and Brenda; her son-in-law Terry Buhr; and her siblings, Dwight Birge and Janet Nugent. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
