She was predeceased by: her father Thurman Wagner; her brother Gerald Wagner; and her brother-in-law Chuck Mitchell. She is survived by: her husband Chief Rowe of Zafra; her mother Hazel Wagner of Fort Smith; her children, Glenn Rowe of Mena, Tina LaShum of Mena and Audrey McNeal of DeQueen; her sibling Johnny Wagner of Glenwood; her grandchildren, Cris Phillips, Brittany Phillips of Zapha, Heather Spiro, Allan Weir Spiro, Kyle Rowe, Candace Rowe of Mena, Whitney Howell, Devin Horner of Mena, Jake Rowe and Brooklyn Wright of Mena; and also, Gloria Wagner of Glenwood, Emma Samadi, Ali Samadi of Fort Smith and Bonnie Mitchell of Fort Smith. She is also survived by nine great grandchild; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
