He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Russell and Wanda Eddlene Red Sterner; and his brother Brian Sterner. He is survived by: his wife Ginger Sterner of Mena, Arkansas; his daughter Barbara; his son-in-law Phil Ramsey of Mena; his brothers, David (Vicki Sterner) and Peter Sterner of Benton, Arkansas; his sister-in-law Kellie Sterner of Mena, Arkansas; and his grandson Aubrey James Sterner of Mena, Arkansas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Mountain View Methodist Church or to the Cherry Hill Volunteer Fire Department.
