He was predeceased by: his parents, Hezzikiah Smallwood Ellison and Mildred Marybelle Medford; and his sister Linda Ansley. He is survived by: his children, Brian Ellison of Washington and Natalie Altamirano of Lincoln, California; and his cousin Byron Clark. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
