He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Allen and Mary Ellen Webb (Hopkins); his wife Elizabeth Jean Webb (Andrews); his brothers, Edward Webb, Donald Webb, Gordan Webb and William Webb; his daughters, Donna and Jackie Turner; his daughter-in-law Shirley Webb; and his grandson Thomas Webb.
He is survived by: his son Lloyd Webb (Amelia); his grandchildren, Scott Webb (Marianne), Caleb Wright, Patrick Wright, Austin McEntire, Beverly Rodgers (Alan), Diane Davis (Joel), Cassandra Moore, Travis Floyd (Kamra), Stephanie Elizalde (Salvador), Michael Cook (Meghan), Russell Webb and James Webb; his great grandchildren, Christopher Webb (Bubba), Frankie Medford, Jolena Webb, Courtney Morris and Justin Morris; his great great grandchildren, Samantha Davis, Joel Davis, Jr. and Adrianna Moore; and his niece Katie Hudson (Craig). He is also survived by other great-great grandchildren, friends.
