He was predeceased by: his parents, William Perry Looney and Dorothy Campbell Looney; his siblings, Alvin Looney, Allan Looney and Althea Rogers; and his daughter Chasity Lynn Beck (Looney).
He is survived by: his wife Lellan Looney of Mena; his children, April Frazier (Rob) of Gatesville Texas, Katlin Looney of Mena and Dakota Looney of Mena; and his siblings, Almeda Henderson of Locust Grove and Alton Looney of Mena. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Midway Freewill Baptist Church.
