She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Miller and Geneva Miller; her husband Arnold Phillips; and her siblings, Delbert Miller (Hazel), T. O. Miller (Rachel), Elsie Woods (Hayden), Lillian Duren (Edwin), Mildred Finley (Cornelius), Nobia Duren (Paul), Jewell Carpenter (Orville), Snodia Fudge and Eva Haley (Boyce).
She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Ann and Teresa Barnhill (Jim); her grandchildren, Melissa Reeves (Robert) and Jeremy Barnhill (Lisa); and her great grandchildren, Derrick Reeves (Candice), Dallas Reeves, Savannah Reeves and Makayla Barnhill. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to the Antioch Cemetery Fund.
