She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Dowdle and Ola Francis Hendrix Dowdle; her husband Darrell Garrison; her siblings, Doshialain "Dodie" Sherrell, Jimmy Dowdle and Jack Dowdle; and her niece Shawnette Treat.

She is survived by: her sons, Lanny Garrison (Missi) of Cave City and Lane Garrison (Christie Lee) of Melbourne; and her brother Rick Dowdle of Melbourne. She is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Eddie's Family Funeral Home (79 Ball Park Dr, Melbourne, AR 72556).
