He was predeceased by: his parents, Burt Cleveland Rush and Mary Leona Thornley Rush; and his grandchildren, Riley Cheatham and Beau Cheatham. He is survived by: his daughters, Leann Tharp (Douglas) of Batesville and Amy Cheatham (Jason) of Bonetown; his siblings, Kevin Rush of Belton, Craig Rush (Robin) of Bonetown and Joannie King (Jim) of Calico Rock; and his grandsons, Edward Rush and Ace Tharp. He is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
