He is survived by: his mother Delsie Moody Mellon of Fayetteville; his children, Ricky Eugene Mellon, Jr. (Milagros) of Calico Rock, Toby Dean Mellon (Victoria) of Norfork, Timothy Clark of Jordan, Lucinda Parnell of Yellville, Ashley Olsen of Jordan and Desiree Clark of Mountain Home; and his grandchildren, Gracie Mellon, Drayden Mellon, Allen Clark, Titus Mellon, Miya Olsen, Jaden Parnell, Isaiah Parnell, Leland Parnell and Ryland Parnell. He is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
