He is survived by: his wife Debbie Campbell of Melbourne, AR; his daughter Laurie Tubbs of Saratoga, TX; his stepchildren, Lindsey Faulkner of Melbourne, AR and Nathan Faulkner (Holli) of Miami, NM; and his brother Rodger Campbell of Saratoga, TX. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
