He is survived by: his children, Shane Wortham (Kelsey) of Violet Hill, Isaiah Wortham of Greenbrier, Arkansas, Shannin Wortham of Newport and Stephanie Johnson (Jimmy) of Newport, Arkansas; his siblings, Farris Wortham of Jonesboro, Arkansas and Linda Meador of Blytheville, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Michael, Tyler, Shawn, Caroline, Courtney Wortham, Patrick Millins, Sammy, Abigail, Matthew and Jill Johnson. He is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
