He is survived by: his daughter Rachel Hickman of Harrison; his grandchildren, Cody (Matt Shreve), Brittney (Jacob Creamer), Sephanie Shreve, Emma Shreve (Micah Hickman, Jr.) and Avary Hickman of Harrison; his great grandchildren, Baylee Creamer of Harrison, Karson Creamer of Harrison, Albert Munyon VI of Harrison, Sadie Maye Munyon of Harrison and Della Wethern of Harrison; and his brothers, Delmo Tate (Leveda) of Melbourne, Rayburn Tate (Janie) of Melbourne and Greg Tate (Reba) of Melbourne.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Arkansas Children's Hospital, Little Rock, Arkansas and the First Baptist Church of Melbourne, Arkansas.
