He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Miller and Janet Kay Tomlinson Miller. He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Kankey; his wife Trish Miller; his daughter Abbi Leigh; his son-in-law Rusty Smith of Melbourne; his son Nicholas Kirk Miller of Melbourne; his godson Richard Hammond of Melbourne; his siblings, James O. Miller (Janie) of Melbourne and Sharon Kay Edwards (Tim) of Mount Pleasant; and his grandchildren, Nora and Ryder Smith. He is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
