He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mynatt and Eva Brooks Mynatt; and his sister Chris Copeland. He is survived by: his sister Mary Vickers; his nephew Mark Vickers; and his niece Dawn Reinhart of Brinkley. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
