He is survived by: his sister Loraye Shirley (Paul) of Muscle Shoals, Alabama; his brother-in-law Donald Tate of Melbourne, Arkansas; and his nieces and nephews, Jim Shirley (Joanne) of Muscle Shoals, Donnie Tate (Karen) of Melbourne, Kevin Tate (Sheila) of Evening Shade, Donna Wright (Philip) of Tuscumbia, Jennifer Fite of Tuscumbia and Mike Davidson (Olivia) of Birmingham.
