He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Green and Lilly Shannon Smith; and his siblings, Thomas T. Smith, Charlie Shannon Smith, Willie Lon Smith, Warren Glen Smith, Ben Bailey Smith, Lois Ruth Williams, Leona Beatrice O'Neal and Sarah Marie Teague.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Phillips Smith; his family, Randell, Miriam Smith, Luke, Isaac (family: Rohm, Lorrie Smith) of Fayetteville, Will and Matthew of Rogers; his sister Lillie Eudene Holt of West Plains; and his sons, Randell and Rohm. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
