He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Gulley and Virgie Copeland Gulley; his wife Kathleen Ford; and his son-in-law Randy Cooper. He is survived by: his sons, Kelby Gulley of Melbourne and Gavin Gulley of Melbourne; his brother Paul Gulley (Cindy) of Melbourne; his daughter Amanda Cooper of Piggott; and his grandchildren, Kayla Cooper and Justin Cooper of Piggott. He is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
