It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diana Lane Sumner of Melbourne, Arkansas, born in Fredericksburg, Virginia, who passed away on January 26, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Darden and Edith Darden; and her husband Jerry Allen Sumner. She is survived by: her children, Anthony Sumner (Sally) of Bourbon, Missouri, Lee Pullen Sumner (Koji Sakakibara) of El Cerrito, California and Sandra Sumner Cook (Derrick Cook) of Calico Rock; her grandchildren, Hanna Rose Sumner and Tyler Anthony Sumner (Sandi); her great grandchild Oliver Allen Sumner; her brother-in-law William Junior Sumner (Willie Dean) of Melbourne; and her siblings, Elaine, Joanne, Jack and Edith. She is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
