Though Celia may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Celia leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wyatt P. Shughart and Anna Mae Shughart (Ryner). She is survived by: her children, Rick Linze of California, Cynthia Wilkes of Florida, Candace Linze of Melbourne and Laura Linze Connor (Gary Hardin) of Salem, Arkansas; and her sister Janet Simpson (Richard) of Alexis, Illinois. She is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
