She is survived by: her son Richard Cook of Salesville; her sister Kathy Mayfield of Salesville; her grandsons, Blake Cook (Sarah) of Springfield, Missouri and Logan Cook (Danielle) of Springfield, Missouri; her great grandchild Wyatt Cook of Springfield; and her brother-in-law Jerry Branscum of Calico Rock. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
