It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Payne of McRae, Arkansas, who passed away on April 21, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Truel Payne; and his brothers, Randy Payne and Jackie Payne. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Payne; his children, David Ryan Payne of Tennessee and Colleen Janell Kelly of South Carolina; and his mother Janell Payne (Sadler) of McRae. He is also survived by five grandchildren; 17 step grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
