She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Daniel and Margie Hughes Curd; her husband Davidl I. Whitt; her children, Ricky Lynn Whitt, Freida Marie, Margaret Whit (Twins) and Stanley Lee Whitt; and her siblings, Edward C. (PeeWee), Vernon, Lonnie, Charles Curd, Edna Devasher and Wilma Zorine Modlin.
She is survived by: her children, David A. Whitt of Drasco, Patricia A. Whitt of McRae, Joe M. Whitt of Searcy and Bobby Lee Whitt (Penny) of McRae; and her grandchildren, Amy L. Barnes, Nathan Whitt, Jeremy Whitt, Billy I. Whitt, Bobbylane Whitt, Amanda Whitt and Stanley Whitt. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
