He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus Holt and Lilly Holt; and his siblings, Harvey, Mark, Don Holt and Geraldine Holt Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Earlene Poole, Daryl Holt, Rita Sanders (Billy Mack) of Gulfport, Kathy Liles (Tim Liles), Timothy Holt (Debbie Holt) and Ted Holt (Keena Holt); and his brothers, Glen Holt of Michigan and Derryl Holt of McRae. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
