It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Windfred Donell Weaver (McNeil, Arkansas), who passed away on August 25, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lonnie Weaver Sr. and Irene Mixon Weaver; his wife Patrice Weaver; his son Windfred D. Weaver II of Little Rock, AR; his siblings, Katie Drake of Camden, AR, Dorothy Porchia (Lonnie Joe) of Stephens, AR and James Weaver (Peggy) of Little Rock, AR; his daughter Pamela Williams Bailey; his grandsons, Anthony P., Christopher A. and Emanuel R. Bailey; and his aunts and uncles, Pearlena Turner, Dorothy Moore, Francis Russ, Henry Weaver and Wilford Mixon. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
