He is survived by: his children, Jerry Blankenship, Lisa Coke and Tonya Fowler; and his siblings, Donald, Wayne, Michael, Ronnie Branch and Diane Middleton. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
