He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Ray Lewis and Retha Marie Lewis (Russell). He is survived by: his wife Jackie Lewis; his son Tim J. Lewis; his grandson Tim B. Lewis of McNeil, Arkansas; his sister Martha Hall of Madison, Mississippi; and his siblings-in-law, Janice Stroman of Magnolia and J. W. Roden of Emerson.
