He is survived by: his significant other Chunky; his child Billie Wayne Burgett; his brother Dan Lewis; his son Randall Lewis of Nashville; his sister Florence Vaughn of McNeil; and also, Esther Butler and Dossie Davis. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
