She is survived by: her former husband Billy Thomas Smothers; her husband Dennis Kinzell of Meeker, Oklahoma; her children, Jimmy Dale Smothers (Thomaslene) of Lewisville, James Thomas Smothers II of Seminole, Oklahoma and Donna Kay Toles (Mickey) of Agra, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Ellis, Samantha, Sara, Sheila, Amanda, Joshua, Hannah, Kyle, Tyler and Caitlin; and her sister Janice K. Ainsworth of Magnolia, Arkansas.
