She is survived by: her children, Billy Watts, Jr. (Susan) of Jacksonville, FL, Kevin Watts (Donna) of Lake Village, AR and Cynthia Jarrett (Owen Houston) of Lake Village, AR; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Jarrett of Lafayette, LA, William, Nathan Watts of Little Rock, AR and Hannah Lee Watts of Jacksonville, FL. She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren and her extended family.
