It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosevelt Pratt Williams of McGehee, Arkansas, born in Dumas, Arkansas, who passed away on April 27, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Rosevelt Williams; his wife Melba Williams; and his siblings, John Williams, Billy Williams, Ronnie Williams, Rueben Williams and Emma Carter.
He is survived by: his children, David Pratt Williams of McGehee, AR, Larry Joe Williams of Baxter, AR, Shirley Williams Overton of Tillar, AR and Guyla Burks (Wayne) of Dermott, AR; his brother Ricky Williams (Judy) of Fayetteville, AR; and his sisters-in-law, Juanita Williams of Monticello, AR and Nita Mann of Eudora, AR. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
