He was predeceased by: his parents, Scott Eddie Horton and Annie Jane Fronabarger; his former wife Mary Jean Lewis Horton; and his siblings, Lowell B. Horton, Scott Horton, Frank Horton, Vivan Billings, Dorothea Naff and Genevieve Bagley.
He is survived by: his wife Pearl Horton; his children, David Scott (Robin) of Madison, MS, Robert Sean Horton (Janice) of Ackerman, MS and Cindy Horton of Greenville, MS; and his stepdaughter Donna Woodcock (Brad) of Saltillo, MS. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and ten great- grandchildren.
