He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Clyde and Flossie Rouse Holt; and his brother Sammy Holt. He is survived by: his wife Vashti of McGehee; his sons, Lewis Holt (Beth Ann) of McGehee and Ken (Lorrie) of Dumas; his sisters, Joyce Holt Kimbro of Tillar and Peggy Holt Goodgame of Dumas; and his great grandchildren, Kathryn, Jonathan, Mary Kathryn, Elizabeth Love Byrum of Starkville, Mississippi, Hilary, Bert, Hazel, Kip Crowley of Mathiston, Mississippi, Bradley, Courtney, Camden, Brant Holt of McGehee, Kara Beth, Colby and Samuel Linn of McGehee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
