Pennington; his stepfather Arthur West; his wife Ann Pennington of Eudora, AR; his children, David Pennington (Sherry) of Eudora, AR, Joe Pennington (Sheryl) of Warner Robbins, GA and April Pennington (Jimmy Pace) of Warner Robbins, GA; and his sister Frances Blansett of Pontotoc, MS. He was also cherished by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
