We are sad to announce that on April 21, 2025, at the age of 99, Frank Henry Jr. (McGehee, Arkansas) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Frank Henry Jr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his wife Bertha Mae Joiner Henry; and his siblings, Eunice Osgood, Clarissa Fern Ryan, Faye Kersh and Neely Bryan Henry.
He is survived by: his daughters, Rita Henry of Little Rock and Dr. Beth Henry (Chris Scott) of Overland Park, Kansas; his granddaughter Shelby Scott of Alexandria, Virginia; and his nieces and nephews, Anita Osgood Bennett, Ronald Kersh, Dennis Kersh, Kenneth Kersh, Patricia Ryan, Deborah Ryan Hajek, Angie Bowden Sowell, Amy Bowden, Roger Tipton, David Tipton and Roland Tipton.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Hoffman Hall at the Dermott United Methodist Church (100 N Main St, Dermott, AR 71638). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Griffin Culpepper Funeral Services (101 N 2nd St, McGehee, AR 71654).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Dermott Historical Museum (c/o Dermott Chamber of Commerce, P.O. Box 147, Dermott AR, 71638), the Dermott City Cemetery Association Operating Fund (P.O. Box 324, Dermott AR 71638) or the Dermott United Methodist Church (P.O. Box 156, Dermott, AR 71638).
