He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Clark and Thelma Clark (Grady); his former wife Becky Clark (Mitchell); and his siblings, Jerry, Larry Clark and Betty Temple.
He is survived by: his wife Paula Clark; his son Jason Clark (Wendy) of Carlisle; his grandchildren, Aprile Richardson (Ricky) of Smackover, Amy Jones of Malvern and Scott Willett (Jessie) of Arkadelphia; his brother Don Clark (Jan) of Clarksville; his grandchildren, Maggie, Emma Kate, Graham, Gracie, John Evan, Mary, Ruthie, Andrew, Lizzie, Anna, Reagan, Rhett, Whit, Jett, Kaden, Kylar and Knox; and his sisters-in-law, Jackye Wampler and Paula. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
