Howard, Howard Woods (Lawrence Franklin Neal, Sr.) and Besides; and her siblings, Gladys Broadwater, Wanda Lee Syre, Mary Edna Averill, Geraldine Butler, Chester Higgs and Claude "Sonny" Williams.
She is survived by: her sister Wanda Jean Solon-Sheldon of Blissfield, Michigan.; her grandsons, Nicholas and Jody Neal; and her friend Joann Creasey of McCrory. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
