He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie and Ida; his adoptive parents, Donovan McKibben and Alice McKibben (Swartz); and his grandson Jeffrey Allen Taylor.
He is survived by: his children, Leslie Ellis Smith (Maria) of California, Larry Eldon Smith (Teresa) of Kansas and Lynne Estelle Taylor (John) of Revel; his siblings, Bruce McKibben of Idaho, Zelda Stewart of Texas and Stephanie; and his grandchildren, Caressa Victoria Lynnette Seigriest (Ascencion Villegas Martinez), Sarah Nicole Nance, Abby Smith, Justin Smith and Nathan Smith. He is also survived by great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
