She was predeceased by: her father John Babbs; her sons, David Skinner and Paul Skinner; and her granddaughter Angie Gaona. She is survived by: her children, Vera Pugh, Sharon Johnson, Gene Yarbro, Patricia Beasley, Wayne Yarbro, Mark Yarbro (Carol) and Janice Gray; her stepdaughter Linda Sims (Yarbro); and her close friend James Otis Skinner. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
