She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Charles and Laura Parker Fraze; and her siblings, Carroll Fraze, Theon Fraze, Jimmie Fraze, Patsy Fraze, Lorene Thrasher and Margie Fraze.
She is survived by: her brother Harold Fraze (Naomi) of Surprise, Arizona; and her nieces and nephews, David Fraze (Prudence) of Jonesboro, Shone Fraze of Surprise, Arizona, Sherry Ladd of McCrory and Misty Fraze Smith (Jeff) of Phoenix. She is also survived by several great-nephews, great-nieces and many friends.
