It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bill Thaxton Jr. of McCaskill, Arkansas, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on December 17, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Burnise E., Sr. and Edna Thaxton (Veine); his daughter Donna Thaxton; and his brothers, Hank Thaxton and Dick Thaxton.
He is survived by: his wife Dewell; his children, Paul Thaxton of Malvern, Ed Thaxton (Lynda) of Hope, Arkansas, Deborah Frasher of St. Paul and Kathy Turner (Steve) of McCaskill; his grandchildren, Ronny Frasher of Minneapolis, Dylan Thaxton (Mary) of Hot Springs, Jack Thaxton (April) of Hope, Arkansas, Heather Roberts (Bubba) of Horn Lake, Jessica Wiley (Jared) of Benton and Sara Morris (Aaron) of Stephens, Arkansas; and his great grandchildren, Austin (Kaitlyn), Hayden (Mikayla), Kyler, Jake Roberts, Pike Thaxton, Denton Wiley, E'lyse, Maci Thaxton, Jenna Thaxton, Delia, Dinah, Delta Wiley and Jane Morris. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and friends.
