She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick Philoman and Ann Isabel LeFever Gowell; her husband Eugen Flanigan; and her sister Gloria Jean Cornelius. She is survived by: her children, Larry Flanigan (Sherise) of Muskegon, Michigan and Gena Laird (Jeffrey) of Buhl, Idaho; her grandchildren, Jennifer Hershberger (Gideon) of Opal, Joshua Laird (Billie) of Buhl, Tabitha Armand of Idaho, Larry Flanigan Jr. of Idaho, Joseph Flanigan of Muskegon, Jacob Flanigan of Muskegon and Justin Flanigan of Muskegon, Michigan; her great grandchildren, Connor Raplee of Idaho, Colton Hershberger of Wyoming, Rowdy Hershberger of Wyoming, Emmy Flanigan of Idaho, Wade Laird of Idaho, Trinity Flanigan of Idaho, Leandra Flanigan of Idaho, James Flanigan of Idaho and Kaylee Laird of Idaho; her brothers, Robert Leroy Gowell of Maynard, Clarence Elmer Baxter of Maynard and Larry Coons of Grand Haven, Michigan; and her close friends, Garry, Karen Neece, John, Pam Jobe, Dickie, Doris Flanigan, Amos, Cindy Lemons, Scott McNabb and Dee Hallert. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Maynard Methodist Church (15 Boyer Dr, Maynard, AR 72444). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Warm Springs Cemetery.
