He is survived by: his children, Richard Rober, Kenneth Rober and Brenda Howard; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Michael Cowles (Mary), Justin Starnes (Sarah), Karri Blair (Mickey) and Jessica Starnes. He is also survived by nineteen great grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
